For some activities you can log entries to show how you're engaging with that activity over time, whilst others will have entries logged for you by your supervisor, which you can view.

Select an activity that you've been allowed to log your own entries against (where the 'New entry' button is enabled) and log a new entry, or view past entries you or your supervisor have made.
